Return Policy

Customers receive full refunds (less 15% restocking fee and shipping) if items are returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery date when using USPS Priority Mail with package tracking. Please email us at LeatherCheckbooks@nc.rr.com if you feel that you need more time to return an item above the 30 day limit.

If you used First Class Mail for the shipping method of your item(s) purchased on our website, your confirmed shipping date is the 10th day after date of purchase. This means item must be returned within 30 days after date of purchase. We are NOT responsible for lost items in transit when using First Class Mail with purchases OR returns.

We HIGHLY recommend using USPS Priority Mail with package tracking for peace of mind on purchases and returns.

Returned items must be undamaged, unused and in same exact condition (brand new) to qualify for  refunds. Damaged, water soiled or items with missing pieces (key rings off of keychains are a favorite for some reason, for example) will be RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please notify us by e-mail of intent to return. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. After 30 days from confirmed delivery date refunds are not granted and packages will be shipped back to you at your expense..

If you think that you need more time to return an item above the 30 day limit, just email us and let us know why.

Orders from November 1st to December 20th have until February 1st of the next new year for Christmas returns. Santa needs the extra time. He's overworked as it is.

Send returns back to LeatherCheckbooks.com in same package if desired, with insurance or delivery confirmation within 30 days for refund. Simple!
